Contactless payments

We are encouraging all clients to use the existing digital payments through Zelle. This product is the broadest, and most banks/Credit unions work with Zelle. We will accept cash/checks on a preauthorized basis. if you have already been sending via Zelle, this is not a change.

Invoicing

Will be done via Email. For 2021, we will not be producing any paper invoices unless requested or defaulting. Please make sure that your email is up to date, and hlblawn@gmail.com is listed in your safe senders email list. if you have already been receiving digital invoices, this is not a change.

Personal protection/safety

Due to the continued Social distancing rules that are in place we are strongly enforcing the mask mandate.
Per company policy, all employees are currently required to wear the following Personal Protection Equipment (PPE): Ear protection, Eye Protection, Respirators if working in hazardous materials/areas, Helmets (tree removal), Gloves, Long Pants, Heavy duty work boots, as well as sunscreen. 2021 PPE will include n95 masks, face shield, or some face covering for any public place.

While we do understand that there may be a time to interact with employees on site, we do have the expectation that the social distancing rules are respected, and mandate all employees to work 6 feet apart.

Late night/weekend work

Normally, we strive to have our work completed during the normal daytime business hours, as to prevent interruption of you home schedule. With 2020, we will need to open up our windows of operation to include later hours and weekend work. This does include working after 5pm, and Saturday work. We are still inclined to not intrude on Sundays at this time.
With 2021, we expect that window to be smaller. At this time, we are only expecting to incur this as a case by case basis, and you will be contacted directly.

Referral process

In the past, for referrals, we would provide our clients with our business card with a code on back to give to other people. With COVID-19, we are currently suspending that process. We are starting with a digital Email that our clients can send out. Each email will include a similar code.

Late fees

Late fees have been fixed at a flat fee of $25 per month late. Reinstatement Fees $75.
